Terms, refunds, delivery and privacy

These terms cover passes for Cicada Presents: New Year's Eve 2026 on Thursday, 31 December 2026 at Samara Gardens at Cicada Leisure, Kuduvalli Village, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. Passes are sold by Willowdale Private Limited (GSTIN 29AAECW2477L1ZO) for Cicada Leisure.

Terms

Each pass admits one person, once. Every guest needs their own QR code at the gate, on a phone or printed.
Couple passes admit two people. Ladies passes admit one woman. Kids passes are for guests aged 12 to 17 and must be booked with an adult pass. There is no stag entry.
Children under 12 come free with an adult and need no pass.
Every pass includes entry, the live performance, the gala dinner and the DJ set. Drinks are not included and are paid for at the bar. The bar serves only guests of legal drinking age, and staff may ask for ID.
Dress code: An evening of timeless formals in black and white.
Ticket prices are plus 18% GST. The full amount is shown before payment.

Right of admission is reserved. Guests must follow venue and staff instructions. Anyone behaving in a way that puts others at risk may be asked to leave without a refund.
The line-up and schedule may change for reasons outside our control. We will keep the evening as described as closely as we can.
Anyone with a pass link can open those passes. Keep it private and share it only with your guests. Each QR code works once at the gate.

Refunds and transfers

Passes are non-refundable.
Passes are transferable. To hand a pass on, forward your pass link or the guest's QR code.
If we cancel the event, every buyer gets a full refund, including GST, to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the refund.
If a payment goes through after the event has sold out, we refund it in full.

Delivery of passes

Passes are digital. Nothing is shipped.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, you land on your pass page and we email you its link. This usually takes under a minute.
Each guest gets their own QR code. Show it at the gate on a phone or printed.
If your passes have not arrived within an hour of paying, call or WhatsApp +91 82173 91718 or email reservations@cicadaleisure.com and we will resend them.

Privacy

We collect your name, phone number and email when you buy passes, to issue and send your passes, manage entry on the night, and contact you about this event.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Pass emails are sent through Resend. Orders and passes are stored in our database hosted by Supabase.
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads. When you buy, we share your email and phone number with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form for ad measurement. We do not sell your data.
To ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted after the event, email reservations@cicadaleisure.com.
